Savvier's "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy allows our customers to evaluate their purchases for up to 30 days. If our customers are not completely satisfied during this evaluation period, they can return their purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.
Depending upon the product ordered, customers may need to call to receive a return authorization number before returning a product for a refund. Refer to the packing slip or information received with the shipment regarding details on return authorization requirements and the return shipment address. To receive a return authorization number or for questions on returns contact 1-800-464-7309.
In order to receive a refund, customers must return the product to our customer service center at their expense with appropriate shipment insurance. Customers should also include their name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly. Customers are also encouraged to include a note with a brief reason for the return, although this is not required to receive a refund.
Barre Above customers must return all components that were originally shipped. Customers are encouraged to try all the product during the evaluation period.
Savvier's customer service center will issue a refund (either by credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Satisfaction Guarantee. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund or is incomplete, then Savvier's customer service center will attempt to notify the customer of what additional steps must be taken in order to qualify for a refund.
In the event a product is damaged during shipment to the customer, Savvier will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided the customer notifies Savvier's customer service center of the damaged shipment within 5 business days of receiving it.

The Barre Above trainer certification events often sell out. When you enroll in a Barre Above trainer certification program, your credit card will be charged in order to hold your position in the training. Early Bird pricing (and other advance purchase reduced pricing) is only available if purchase is made on or before expiration of Early Bird pricing. Your card will be charged for the price reflected at the time of purchase. In the event you cannot attend the Barre Above trainer certification date for which you registered, but you wish to transfer your registration to another non-conference certification workshop, you may do so. You may transfer your registration up to 14 days prior to your certification for a $25.00 transfer fee. Transfers within 14 days of an event will incur a $50.00 transfer fee. If you do not notify Barre Above Corporate offices prior to the day of the workshop, you may transfer your registration after the event to another non-conference certification workshop for a $100.00 transfer fee. If you do not wish to transfer, and instead wish to cancel, you may cancel up to 14 days prior to your certification event and will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of an event will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Once a certification event has occurred, and you did not attend, no refund can be issued, but you may transfer your registration to another event as described above. Once you attend an event, all sales are final and no refunds can be issued.
If you are attending an event hosted by Savvier (i.e. you enrolled in the event through Savvier and your credit card was directly charged by Savvier such that your credit card statement references Savvier Fitness or Barre Bootcamp), and the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Savvier, then you can either request a refund and will not incur any refund charges, or you will be eligible to attend the rescheduled event (if it is rescheduled) or, subject to event availability, you are eligible for an exchange for another scheduled event that is occurring within one year of your originally scheduled event. If you are attending an event hosted by a third party organizer (such as Sara City Workshops, East Coast Alliance, etc, and your credit card was directly charged by such organizer), then you must review and abide by the refund/cancellation policy of such organizer. In the event of any cancellation or rescheduling of any nature, Savvier and those affiliated with Savvier are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses, other than the certification fees as provided by the refund policy herein.
Once a trainer has successfully completed the Barre Above® trainer certification program, and subject to trainer signing, agreeing and complying to the trainer agreement, the website terms and use conditions and meeting the qualification standards set forth therein, then the trainer is an authorized Barre Above trainer for a period of one year following his/her completion of the certification program. Ongoing education and information is provided online within the Trainer Educational Forum sections of the Barre Above website. It is our philosophy that trainers develop their training skills best through application of the Barre Above principals and active engagement with the website and Trainer Educational Forum. A trainer will maintain their standing as an authorized Barre Above trainer based upon actively teaching one or more Barre classes, maintaining compliance with with the terms of the Certified Instructor agreement and the Terms and Conditions as posted on the Barre Above website The trainer will receive membership to the Barre Above® website at no cost as an authorized trainer during the period they maintain their authorized trainer standing, however such membership shall not include paid sections such as ongoing choreography sections. A trainer's authorization will lapse after 12 months occurs without actively teaching a Barre class or at any time they are no longer in compliance with the Terms and Conditions or with the Certified Instructor Agreement (i.e. if their underlying instructor certification lapses). When a trainer's authorization lapses, then the trainer will no longer be authorized to teach Barre Above programs, have access to the Barre Above membership website, nor utilize Barre Above trademarks and Barre Above intellectual property. In the event a trainer's authorization lapses, then the trainer will need to attend and complete a certification session to renew their authorization and/or resolve any outstanding compliance issues (such as become recertified by an appropriate fitness certifying organization) as applicable.
Upon certification, Barre Above® trainers will have access to the Ongoing Choreography portal on the Barre Above® members' website. The Choreograph portal provides exercise ideas and educational information to help trainers be successful with their clients. Trainers will have access to the Barre Above choreography videos to provide exercise ideas and class design options for their Barre classes provided the trainer has enrolled in the ongoing choreography membership program. Each 30 days, 1 additional video series and choreography shall be unlocked for each trainer. The instructor shall pay a fee of $9.99 per month to continue to receive access to new video content, with an additional $9.99 payment each month thereafter. The trainer may cancel this $9.99 per month at any time through the trainer's account profile page, or by phone by calling 1-800-464-7309 (during normal business hours as posted on the contact page of this Site), or by email to CustomerService@BarreAbove.com.
